Terms and Conditions

We’re MYBASKS LIMITED (Company: 11932193), also referred to as BASK or mybasks. Registered in England and Wales. Our HQ and Warehouse is Unit 26 Manvers Business Park, High Hazles Road, Nottingham, NG12 3GZ. We also have a London office: Bask Menswear Ltd, Suite 314, Linen Hall, 162-168 Regent Street, london, W1B 5TD.

When shopping with us (or access or website) the following terms will apply so please read them carefully. If there’s anything you’re unsure of please email info@mybasks.com

About you

To shop with us you need to satisfy the following criteria:

  • be at least 16 years old
  • have a credit or debit card that we accept and have the authorisation to use it

Placing an order

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement from us. We then carry out a pre-authorisation check to make sure there’s enough funds available on the card. We only accept your order once they payment has been approved and the card has been debited (the contract then comes into effect).

You may be able to cancel your order for a short period after ordering - timings depend on your chosen delivery method. You can’t change your order - you’ll need to cancel it, return any items that you’ve received and then re-order. Please note that underwear returns are not accepted if the original packaging has been opened.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If we find, there’s a problem we’ll be sure to let you know as quickly as possible!

On rare occasions we may need to refuse or cancel your order. This is usually if we think the order is a bit suspicious and we’re doing it to protect the cardholder. If you think we’ve made a mistake please email info@mybasks.com and we’ll be happy to look in to it for you.

We accept all major credit cards, including American Express. You will be advised at the time of ordering if your card is a type we do not accept. You must ensure the details are correct and you have authorisation for that payment. Should a situation arise we may need to contact you regarding a payment problem. Purchases will not be dispatched until payment has been made in full.

Prices and product descriptions

We’re a very busy team and we’re only human - on occasion we might get a product description, price or promotion wrong. If we spot the error once you’ve ordered the goods, we will tell you as soon as we can and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel the order. If we can’t get in touch with you, we will automatically cancel and refund the order in full.

Prices include value added tax (VAT) where applicable at the standard UK rate.

Depending on the value of your order or the delivery option or address you choose, delivery costs may also be charged. Such additional charges will be clearly shown during the checkout phase and included in ‘Total Cost’.

We endeavour to give an ‘up to date’ indication of availability of products. As orders are constantly being processed the website may not have the most up to date stock levels. We will inform you by email if a product purchased is unavailable or out of stock. In this unfortunate event, we will either refund or advise when this would be available and arrange the earliest delivery.


Before you finalise your order, you’ll be given a variety of delivery options to choose from, each with an estimated delivery period. Whilst we work as quickly as we can to ensure all deliveries are made on time, occasionally delays out of our control will occur (e.g. carrier delays, bad weather or vehicles breaking down). If you think your order has been unreasonably delayed then please email info@mybasks.com and we will look in to this for you.

BASK reserve the right to alter the courier used on any order to best suit the needs of that particular order. This means that we may use a courier not actively listed in the delivery options to fulfil the delivery.

Shortages and errors

If you discover that we have sent you an incorrect item, or an item is missing, you must advise us within 72 hours of receipt. We will ship the correct item as soon as we can.


Returning an item isn’t a crime - assuming the product is unworn and unopened in its original packaging then we’re more than happy to accept the goods back to our warehouse and we will issue a refund for the cost of the item excluding the original delivery charge.

Please note that underwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons if it has been removed from its original packaging.

Please notify us of your intention to return a product within 14 days of receiving it and physically return the product to us 14 days after this notification. Returns are the responsibility of the customer and therefore we recommend using a tracked service just incase something goes wrong.

To receive a refund to the original payment method please return goods within the stated period, for claims dating past the initial 14 days post-delivery and for goods received back after the second 14 day period, refunds are at the discretion of the team.

If you return an item to us that has been worn or not in its original condition, we won’t be able to refund you for the product and re-delivery of the product will be at the expense of the customer.

Promo Codes

If you’re lucky enough to find a promo code please remember that it is likely to be time, value or product specific and it’s up to you to enter it at checkout.

If you’re given a promo code then it’s meant just for you so please don’t give it other people to use and abuse. If we think the code is being mis-used then we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the use of the code without telling you and in extreme cases we may even have to close your account.

Whilst we would look to avoid taking this action, it isn’t fair for one person to spoil the fun for everyone else.

At any stage during a promotion we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion.

Our Guarantee

If you don’t love your first pair, we’ll send a different size or style - you can even keep the pair you tried on.

You may only claim on this guarantee once. Any subsequent underwear ordered of the same type (boxers/briefs) will not be eligible for the guarantee.

The guarantee is offered on the basis of goodwill and, as such we reserve the right to refuse to honour the guarantee without prior notice in circumstances, we see fit, including, without limitation:

  • where you are associated with a clothing manufacturer or brand
  • where there is evidence the underwear is stained, ripped or torn.
  • Where BASK suspects any dishonesty, misrepresentation or misconduct on your part.

Except that your statutory rights remain unaffected.

The guarantee applies to underwear only and no other BASK products.

Please note BASK do not cover the shipping cost of replacement pairs.

Nothing in this clause affects your legal rights to cancel the contract.

Quality and Maintenance of Products

Minor differences in colour and other variations in products are possible. Product packaging may vary from image shown. BASK is not liable for these variations and deviations.


BASK draws your attention to the safety and caution warnings printed on the packaging of each product. BASK is not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect handling of products or packaging. To avoid danger of suffocation keep our plastic packaging away from babies and children.

Photos and Social Media

BASK in confidence and tag us in your pants. We want you to feel great in your BASK's Please tag us on social media in your pants only if you are happy for us to share the image via our marketing channels, including, but not limited to social media and our website. Please email info@mybasks.com if you do not wish your images to be shared.

The Do Nots

You must not misuse or tamper with our website (e.g. hack, introduce viruses, trojans, worms or any other technologically harmful material) or affect the offering of our product or service offering or otherwise steal our customer data. We take our customers seriously and therefore any action against them is also very serious. In the event of an incident we will report any breach to the respective bodies.

We recommend using virus protection software when using our website to protect yourselves against any bugs, viruses or troublemakers … in fairness we recommend this anyway irrespective of visiting our site!

Extracting data from our site is illegal. Any third parties who illegally remove data from our site will be reported. BASK are exempt of all liability connected to third-party data breaches.

Legal Bits

We reserve the right to amend our T&Cs, service and product offering at any time without prior notice. The use of this Website as well as any purchase agreement between you and us, will be subject to the version of the Terms and Conditions on this page at the time you place an order or browse our website. Our terms and dealings with you are in accordance English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
